The main goal of Verdier Eye Center, PLC is to provide the very best medical, surgical and ophthalmic care to our patients. The Doctors are highly trained specialists; our staff are also highly trained and carefully selected, and we have excellent office space and equipment. However, this is just a start. All of us must be totally committed to delivering eye care services in a caring, honest and efficient manner. It is our duty to treat our patients with dignity, respect, courtesy, and kindness. Teamwork
Our vision and mission are accomplished through teamwork. An important aspect of teamwork is open communication, respect for each others’ ideas, and appropriate feedback about performance issues. All employees are encouraged to address their concerns about workplace issues and make suggestions to improve any aspect of the workplace.
The Practice Administrator maintains an “Open Door” policy and is always available to address employee issues and concerns in a confidential manner. Please feel free to communicate problems, suggestions, or criticisms to your Supervisor or Practice Administrator at any time.
Another very important concept about teamwork is that management believes in each employee’s potential, and we feel it is management’s responsibility to develop that potential to the fullest extent possible, within the limits of the organization. We also believe that the employee must contribute fully to the organization. It is our intent to work closely with each employee and to continually resolve personnel issues in a timely manner.
