We are conveniently located within the East Paris Medical Building at 1000 East Paris Avenue, SE, Grand Rapids, ENTRANCE A. Exit off I-96 at the Cascade Road WEST exit (40-A). Follow Cascade Road to the first stoplight, which is East Paris Avenue; turn left. Use the south parking lot driveway and enter the building at Entrance A for Suite 130 and Entrance E for Suite 130A.
